We currently ship orders within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington D.C. Thank you for supporting our small business!

 

 

1. Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

 

We ship via trusted U.S. carriers:

 

  • USPS (United States Postal Service) – Ideal for standard, PO boxes, and rural addresses

  • UPS (United Parcel Service) – Great for ground and express delivery

  • FedEx – Reliable option for business and residential deliveries

 

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

 

 

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll help resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund after a carrier investigation.

 

 

7. Shipping Limitations

 

  • We do not ship internationally at this time

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • Signature may be required for high-value orders
